When the Johnson family came to our West Bridgford showroom, they knew exactly what they wanted — a kitchen that could handle the demands of family life while bringing a touch of modern elegance to their Victorian terrace. Working closely with our design team, we created a space that balances sleek German engineering with warm, natural materials. The result is a kitchen that's become the true heart of their home. From initial consultation to final installation, this project showcases what's possible when thoughtful design meets quality craftsmanship.

The BrieF

The Matthews wanted a modern, handleless kitchen with plenty of storage, a large island for family meals, and integrated appliances throughout. The challenge was working around structural elements and ensuring the new layout flowed naturally into their extended dining area.

Our Solution

  • Open-plan layout removing a non-structural wall to create 28sqm of unified living space

  • Handleless German units in Matt Graphite with complementary Oak worktops

  • 6-metre island with breakfast bar seating for four and integrated wine cooler

  • Quooker boiling water tap and Neff slide-and-hide oven for maximum convenience

  • Bespoke lighting scheme with under-cabinet LEDs and statement pendants over the island

  • Finish: Matt Graphite with Oak Block Worktops

  • Appliances: Neff Slide & Hide Oven, Induction Hob, Integrated Fridge-Freezer, Quooker Tap
